Our Philosophy (It's Simple, Really)

Look, we're not gonna pretend we've reinvented the wheel here. What we do is take ingredients from farmers we actually know by name, treat them with respect, and serve 'em to you without all the fuss.

Our head chef, Marcus, spent years bouncing around kitchens in Vancouver and Montreal before landing here. He'll tell you himself - the mountains changed how he cooks. Something about the air, the seasons being so dramatic... it just makes you wanna create food that matches the energy.

We change our menu with the seasons because, well, that's just common sense. Summer tomatoes in December? Nah. We'd rather wait and give you the real deal when it's actually ripe.

Started washing dishes at 15, worked his way through some of Canada's best kitchens. Now he runs ours with this perfect mix of precision and creativity. Obsessed with fermentation (in a good way) and knows more about mushrooms than anyone should.

Pastry Chef

Trained in Paris, returned to Canada with a suitcase full of techniques and zero pretension. Her desserts look like art but taste like comfort. She's the reason people save room for dessert even when they're stuffed.

Our Menu Changes, But The Quality Doesn't

Right now we're featuring spring ingredients - ramps, fiddleheads, early greens. Come July, it'll be a completely different story. That's the fun part.

Breakfast & Brunch

Served daily from 7am to 11am. Weekend brunch goes till 2pm because, let's be honest, nobody wants to rush on a Saturday morning.

Think fluffy pancakes with real maple syrup, eggs benedict that'd make your grandma jealous, and coffee that's actually worth waking up for. We also do a mean avocado toast if that's your thing - no judgment.

Hours: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Daily) | Brunch: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Sat & Sun)

Dinner Service

Our main event. The dining room's got floor-to-ceiling windows looking out at the mountains, so grab a sunset table if you can.

Dress code? Smart casual works. We're fancy but not stuffy. You'll see people in everything from blazers to nice jeans. Just maybe skip the hiking boots.

The Wine List (It's Pretty Solid)

Our sommelier, Jean-Paul, takes this stuff seriously. He's got about 300 labels in the cellar - everything from BC vineyards you've probably never heard of to some French classics that'll make you feel fancy.

Not a wine person? No stress. We've got local craft beers, creative cocktails, and a bourbon selection that'll make whiskey lovers very happy.

Reservations

Strongly recommended, especially Friday through Sunday. Walk-ins welcome if we've got space, but don't hate us if there's a wait.

Dress Code

Smart casual. You don't need a tuxedo, but maybe leave the athletic wear for the gym. We want you comfortable but not like you just rolled out of bed.

Dietary Needs

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies - we've got you covered. Just let us know when you book and we'll make sure Marcus knows what's up.

Got a special occasion coming up? We've got a private dining room that seats up to 20. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, business dinners, or when you just wanna impress someone. Custom menus available.
